Team Leader Pattern Department

Titel: Team leader Pattern Department
Reports to: Head of Design
Responsibilities:
Together with Design and Product Development execute the design vision for the brand in the best possible way always with the end customer in mind.
Lead and Develop the J.Lindeberg Pattern Team.
Together with the pattern maker team, be responsible to secure overall fit and quality for all J.Lindeberg concepts.
Working tasks:
Team – lead and develop existing team, recruiting and planning of resources.
- Together with Design and Product Development managers overlook collection time plans for the concepts to make sure they can be kept and deadlines are met.
- Lead developments of new routines/systems and make sure that they are implemented accordingly.
- Coordinate all fit related and planning issues with Product Development and design managers for all concepts.
- Manage and balance department workflow.
50 % of time supporting the team with pattern making/own product category
Internal Stakeholders: Product Development, Design, Customer Service, E-Commerce, Retail, Wholesale
Qualifications:
Relevant education
+5 years experience of patternmaking
Documented leadership experience
Preferably experience from both Sports and Fashion
Excellent communications skills
Fluent in English and preferably Swedish
