Working hours: Maternity cover for 1 year (Full time)

Objectives:
As Wholesale Coordinator your main task is to give J.Lindeberg´s Wholesale partners the best possible service when it comes to order placement, re-orders, handling returns, claims and answering questions and A/R tasks for the UK market. You will work closely with the wholesale sales team, making sure orders are placed in a correct way in our ERP system to ensure delivery according to the customer’s needs, as well as optimizing and supporting our yearly net sales target through a hands-on approach related to the re-order/pre-order business across markets. You will also work closely with the Account Receivable team.
Working tasks:
- B2B Customer administration and account management
- Administration and optimization of re-orders and returns
- Handling claims & create credit memos
- Proactively work with sales orders during the season, making sure orders are shipped and update shortages and clear out leftover quantities after the season
- Handling new customer and make sure we can deliver according to their needs
- Sales coordination and support the wholesale sales team
- Work closely with outbound coordinator and other Supply Chain stakeholders
- Make sure Sales Orders are correct in the ERP system (BC) before order deadline
- Financial point of contact in UK
- Bank bookings for incoming payments and payout credit memos
- Month End Closing process incl bank and balance sheet reconciliation, bad debt accruals and Customer balance to date reporting
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Customer Support and/or Accounts receivable
Highly efficient, structured and organized with strong administrational skill’s
Ability to work in a rapidly changing work environment and capability to manage several tasks and projects simultaneously
Experience of working in ERP systems, Business Central is considered a merit
Entrepreneurial and result oriented
Communicative and constructive
Excellent English communication - written and verbal is a must. Other languages considered a merit
High level of motivation with a strong focus on team spirit
Great knowledge about the apparel business
