J.Lindeberg is looking to strengthen the Wholesale team in Sweden with a passionate and result driven Sales Representative for J.Lindeberg Sport.

As Sales Representative for J.Lindeberg Sport – your primary task is to develop J.Lindeberg Sport Business in Sweden. You will proactively and independently work to ensure that J.Lindeberg is positioned accordance with the Regional and Global Brand Strategy. The main responsibility is to focus on growing the Sport business in Sweden and to some extent support other Scandinavian markets.

Reporting to: Business Area Manager - Sweden

Working hours: Full Time

Areas of responsibility

  • Drive and develop Sales of Sport in Sweden including support to Scandinavian Markets.
  • Meeting set budget for Sport business.

Objectives

  • Reach budget for J.Lindeberg Ski and Golf business.
  • Grow sales in Ski and Golf business according to long term sales/growth plan.

Working Tasks

  • Drive the plan for J.Lindeberg Sport in Sweden together with Business Area Manager
    • Customers
    • Local marketing activities as allocated by the overall plan and budget.
  • Make Key Account plans together with Business Area Manager and execute accordingly.
    • Identify Key Accounts, plan growth and the activities in detail.
    • Organize Key Account meetings with internal stakeholders
  • Sell the J.Lindeberg Sport collections to wholesale customers.
  • Collect market feedback on collection and sales tools, make sure the information reaches the right functions in the company.
  • Follow up and take action on Wholesale Performance
  • Re-Order (Seasonal and Stock) vs LY and budget
  • Regular meetings with major wholesale accounts/customer
  • Drive sell thru activities and plans with wholesale customers.

Vital Characteristics

  • Entrepreneurial
  • Result oriented and preferably experience in working with key accounts in Sport
  • Solid understanding of the Scandinavian wholesale business
  • Analytical and structured – using facts and figures to support plan and execution
  • Communicative and constructive
  • Passion for J.Lindeberg – a brand ambassador
  • Passion for golf and ski – being an active performer is considered a plus.

Other: This position requires travelling, we are meeting our customers frequently
