Areas of responsibility:
Objectives:
In this role you will be responsible to lead the planning onboarding and operation of our marketplace and platform sales.
In close collaboration with wholesale & eCom increase our digital presence and drive a strong digital sales growth in our online sales channels.
Drive a profitable and sustainable marketshare growth whilst respecting the image of the J.Lindeberg brand.
Working tasks:
Responsible for the creation and implementation of our marketplace strategy.
Oversee the brands presence and performance of the products across all online marketplaces and platforms.
Ensure the company stays up to speed with industry trends and competitor activities.
Be the point of contact for the marketplace, platforms and middleware providers.
Facility business reviews with internal and external key stakeholders.
Identify new marketplaces opportunities and platforms for expansion,
Set strategic goals for the marketplaces and implement the tactics to reach the targets.
Develop and manage marketplace budgets and set´s KPI´s
Forecast and track sales trends and profits for the channel
Monitor and analyze marketplace scorecards to identify trends and sales opportunities.
Provide regular reports on marketplace performance within the organization.
Collaborate with marketing and eCom teams to ensure the tools needed for the channel.
Manage the performance marketing linked to the marketplace & platforms.
Coordinate with Buying, Sales and Inventory Teams to optimize the assortment and ensure fulfillment and availability.
Stakeholders:
Internal: Wholesale, eCom, IT, Logistics & Finance External: Marketplaces & external providers.
Qualifications:
Professional Background: We believe you have been working with marketplace and platform sales as a retailer and / or for a brand in a European or Global perspective.
Industry: Ideally experience in the apparel & footwear industry with focus on sports & lifestyle.
Functional: +3 years in digital sales within Marketplace and Platform sales.
Who you are: You are a true team player that likes to get things done. You don´t mind to make own decisions and prioritize your daily work. You have the ability to get people onboard and have strong negotiation and communication skills both verbally and inwritten. You have the ability to see the big picture and play the short & long game at the same time. You like numbers and to analyse your business is something you cannot get enough of.
