Objectives: The main objectives for the Omnichannel Growth Analytics Lead are to track activities and performance across J.Lindeberg commercial channels, Wholesale & DTC. With ownership of the commercial agenda, closely cooperate with the e-com, marketing and WS team, securing and optimizing the activation calendar. Act on insights to optimize the consumer journey, driving conversation and sales, while ensuring a business and brand right experience across all touchpoints. Leading the tracking of key KPI’s related to data insights on how the company accelerate commercial growth from a concept and product perspective. You are senior professional with passion for insights and data, a drive for results and like to work in a fast-phased environment.
Areas of responsibility:
- Own, drive and maximize selling and performance within J.Lindeberg commercial channels.
- Ensure a strong brand expression on jlindeberg.com in line with brand strategy and direction.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to track performance across all marketing sales and customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Measure and adjust frontend, landing pages and PDP’s to optimize performance.
- Building BI dashboards and analyzing data.
- Analyze seasonal sell-in results and create post-market reports identifying facts and areas to improve.
- In line with the Go to Market (GTM) strategy and execution of activities across commercial channels, analyze and track the performance and set KPI’s for further optimizations.
- Own the activation calendar from a data insight commercial perspective.
- Analyze the site performance and actively search for new growth opportunities.
- Prepare pre-season strategy as well as quarter or season closure in cooperation with the full team.
- Cooperate across teams with regards to Products & Assortment, Merchandising, Digital Brand and Digital Marketing and content production, to optimize our onsite products presentation, campaign execution and overall content.
- Lead commercial projects on behalf of the commercial omnichannel team. (DTC and Wholesale).
- Implement KPI tracker tool across the wholesale distribution, with focus on key account development, to track sell through performance.
- Come up with innovative ways to improve customer/partner retention and increase the average customer lifetime value.
- Monitor the performance of ongoing marketing campaigns and execute multivariate testing to identify areas of improvements.
- Plan the budget and lead the development of paid add campaigns across most important channels (Facebook, IF, TikTok, etc.) in cooperation with the e-com team.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure quick and efficient implementation of sales and marketing growth plans.
- Streamline existing and suggest new approaches to data and optimize team communication.
- Advise stakeholders based on data-driven insights and way of optimizing their work.
Desired Characteristics and Qualifications:
- Education in Business, Economics, Analytics, or e-commerce management or similar.
- +5 years of experience within Analytics, Growth, Business Development.
- Knowledge of digital and growth marketing metrics, data retrieval and analysis, modeling and visualization.
- Experience of Google Analytics, Power BI and other BI tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and turning insights into action.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with mono-premium-fashion brands preferred.
- Interest in process and business development.
- Highly motivated, performance orientated, self-initiative, team-player, and co-operative to general activity.
