Reporting to: Head of Marketing & Communications
The Marketing and Communications department plays a central role in expanding our global presence and introducing the world of J.Lindeberg to new audiences. We work with things such as PR, social media and have our own in-house studio to bring new exciting concepts to life. Our team consists of innovative storytellers and creative thinkers shaping the narrative of J.Lindeberg as a brand – from crafting captivating campaigns and runway shows, to collaborating with influencers and media partners.
Description
The Studio Manager's head task is to lead the company´s in-house photo studio and studio team. Overall responsibility for managing studio operations that demand logistical and resource analysis, planning and decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for the total operational budget while balancing quality, efficiency and speed to delivery. You will be organizing and facilitation a collaborative, cross-functional studio workflow for all digital assets; e-com product imagery, e-com model imagery and marketing projects such as SoMe shoots, and other inhouse productions.
Areas of responsibility
- Responsible for all e-commerce photo studio projects.
- Responsible for planning of productions in accordance with E-commerce needs and scheduling of marketings needs in the studio.
- Budget responsible for studio set-up
- Lead, motivate and guide studio team.
- Responsible for model casting in accordance with marketing and brand brief.
- Responsible for leading all functions withing the studio and meeting operational goals and metrics.
- Anticipate changing priorities and implement plans (staffing, space planning etc.) to meet business needs.
- Coordinate sample availability with logistics.
Objectives
Establish and maintain an efficient studio and ensure weekly productions goals are met and exceeded. To deliver productions on time and in line with brand brief. Operation the studio as cost efficient as possible according to set budget. You will be the leader who set out strategies and delivers content on time within budget following the art direction giving. Drive continuous improvement, scale production to meet volumes and drive greater efficiency while maintaining quality.

- Previous experience working in a higher volume commercial studio
- Experience leading operational and creative team.
- Ability to manage high volume of workflow, scheduling, production budget, estimating and product management.
