We are now looking for an engaged and proactive Accounts Payables (A/P) responsible to join our team and contribute to our continued success. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving our financial operations forward while developing your skills in a supportive and dynamic workplace.

Key tasks & overall responsibilities
1. Goods invoices process owner
Match and secure allocation of all goods purchase invoices against accurate PO’s through BC within season
Secure misalignment of quantity or prices are investigated by Analyze role in Medius, follow up Connect stage and troubleshoot invoices stuck without goods receipt
Reconcile and closely monitor Goods in Transit account in line with delivery plan and frequent check in’s with supply chain and inventory responsible
Create monthly overview of goods in transit and comment on great deviations
Sample matching against invoice
Coordinate with Supply Chain regarding payments to suppliers with letter of credits
2. Accounts Payable Operations as per actual A/P policy
End to end process for supplier invoices through Medius (verifying, accounting and distributing, error log)
Payment on time and accurate and updated bookkeeping of these
Cost and VAT accounting accurate and in line with budget for OPEX and Capex
Supplier Master data maintenance (e.g. create new vendors in BC)
3. Monthly closing process
Supplier balances reconciled and reflected in Vendor Balance to Date
Create reserves, prepayments, accruals – full understanding of AP accounts on balance sheet
Bank account reconciliations
Intrastat reporting to SCB
4. Systems
Sub-ownership of Medius including organization training/manuals
Finetune and ensure full potential from Medius investment is achieved
Reflect A/P policy in Medius such as authorization rights, accounting templates, new users etc
Sub-ownership of AP processes in BC
Investigate opportunities for further automatization and implementation of these
5. Cost Monitoring versus Budget
Support organization on cost analysis and other cost related questions/and re-class bookings
6. Projects
Continuously elevate the role’s efficiency by optimizing processes within A/P function,
introducing innovative solutions and providing internal support for broader projects in the business.
Profile and qualifications to succeed in this role
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience within A/P function, processes and general accounting is required
- Experience within A/P operations and PO Match is required
- Experience from MS Business Central and/or Medius is meriting
- Comfortable in navigating deadlines and working closely with multiple stakeholders
- General proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Interest and proven track record in optimizing ways of working and automatization of processes
- Problem-solving with a hands-on mind-set and a strong team player
