About the Role
We are looking for a driven and analytical Purchaser to join our team, with a strong focus on digital transformation within Procurement & Strategic Sourcing. In this role, you will take ownership of purchasing while leading initiatives to modernize and streamline ways of working through digital tools and systems.
You will play a key role in ensuring cost efficiency and strengthening supplier relationships-all while driving innovation and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Digitalization & Process Development
Lead the digitalization agenda within Procurement & Strategic Sourcing
Drive implementation of digital tools and systems (e.g., Madden, Business Central & PLM)
Improve workflows by reducing manual processes and increasing data-driven decision-making
Purchasing & Supplier Management
Manage purchase orders from placement through to delivery
Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and terms with suppliers
Communicate buying plans and delivery schedules
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
Operational Excellence
Ensure timely delivery and proactively manage delays
Track supplier performance and compliance with deadlines
Maintain accurate purchase data, supplier records, and documentation
Support onboarding of new suppliers and systems integration
Your Profile
Experience in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain—preferably within textiles for 3-5 years
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Experience working with Madden / BC systems and excel is highly valued
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Proactive mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
