We are looking for an experienced Product Development Manager for Jersey & Knits. You will be responsible for the full product development process including sourcing  and lead a team of 4 people. You are a member of the Product Lead Team and reports to the CPO. 

Areas of responsibility: 

• Responsible for the Product Development team of Jersey & Knits across concepts and genders
• Owns the Margin development towards set goals in the range plan
• Responsible for the product creation process and production process from design sketch to final garment
• Owns the sourcing of new materials and garment suppliers and creation of sourcing packages in line with range planning and strategic sourcing direction
• Owns the Product Quality development for the Jersey & Knit categories and has the ownership to improve product quality and the process in areas identified as improvement needed
• Owns the Product Sustainability direction and road map for Jersey & Knit

Objectives: 

• To create world class products that we are proud of and that offer outstanding quality, fit and perceived customer value
• To actively drive and excel in collaboration across teams
• To drive product margins through negotiations with fabrics and garment suppliers according to range plan and set key results
• To develop the product range in line with our Customer target group and our values of being innovate, progressive and diverse
• To create sourcing packages in line with goals set out in the range plan and the strategic sourcing direction
• To drive product quality across the range plan and to ensure we elevate product quality as per perceived customer value
• To set road map for, drive and implement Product Sustainability in the Jersey & Knit product range with goal to comply with regulations
• To lead, steer and work with the team to ensure calendar milestones are kept
• To ensure excellent Data quality on product level in digital tools such as PLM and drive team towards full accountability of Data quality
• To elevate and develop the team in terms of creativity, curiosity, required skill set and working ways

To succeed in this role have experience from Senior Product roles, leading a team and you are product driven with an interest in the product cycle from development to sold in shop. You have strong business acumen in the field and have excellent negotiation skills. You need to be organized and focused on deadlines as we are developing several collections simultaneously.
